Reservation Policy

• Aliki's Foini House accommodates maximum 4 people (adults & children in total).
• No pets allowed.
• No children under 5 years old.
• Proceeding with booking here is only a request for reservation. Confirmation and payment details will be emailed once the request is received.
• We only accept bank transfers.
• Minimum stay is 2 nights.
• You can arrive any day of the week.

Check-in / Check-out Policy

Check-in: from 13:00 onwards · Check-out: maximum by 11:00

We are happy to accommodate earlier check-in and/or later check-out when possible and at no charge, but confirmation is only possible 2 days before arrival or departure.

Early Check-in / Late Check-out Options: You can guarantee your preferred time by booking the additional day(s) and paying the daily fee.

Payment Details

• 50% deposit required to secure any booking.
• Remaining 50% due 7 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• The deposit is non-refundable.
• The entire amount is non-refundable for cancellations within 30 days before arrival.

Please ensure you have adequate travel insurance. If we must close the house for any emergency before your arrival, we will provide a credit note or full refund. We are not liable for other costs from this action.

Liability

Other than for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or misrepresentation, our total liability to you is limited to the value of the Booking. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties are excluded and we are not responsible for indirect or special damages.

We do not accept liability for any accident or loss from your car while on our premises, or for the loss of valuables inside the house. We are not liable for failure to perform when caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
